In accordance with requirements of the Canadian Navigable Waters Act, Eauclaire Tidal Ltd. hereby gives notice that an application has been submitted to the Minister of Transport for the following works.

Project: Installation and operation of six tidal energy turbines, their mooring systems and associated subsea electrical cabling for a period of up to 25 years.
