This report presents the results of 2012 monitoring which focused on adding summer coverage by shore-based surveys in June, July and August, as well as continued vessel-based surveys in July and August 2012, intended both to repeat surveys done at the same time of year in 2009, 2010 & 2011, but paired in time with the shore-based surveys to provide a comparison between results obtained by both methods.
